3. Recipe (source: Marmiton.org) - for 4 people

Ingredients :

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 100 g dark chocolate

  • 150 g flour

  • vanilla or 1 sachet of vanilla sugar

  • 85 g sugar

  • 85 g of soft butter

  • 1 egg

Step 1

Cut the chocolate into pieces.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6). In a salad bowl, put 75 g of butter, the sugar, the whole egg, the vanilla and mix everything with a wooden spoon.

Step 3

Gradually add the flour mixed with the yeast, salt and chocolate.

Step 4

Using a sheet of paper towel, butter a baking sheet and form the cookies on the sheet.

Step 5

To form the cookies, use 2 tablespoons and make small piles spaced apart; they will rise during baking.

Step 6

Bake for 10 minutes.
